About The Global Gratitude Show
The Global Gratitude Show
After graduating from American University in Washington, DC, with BA’s in Political Science and International Studies, Tania Anderson was hired as an international flight attendant by the iconic Pan American World Airways which set her on a course to explore the world’s continents. After Pan Am’s bankruptcy, Tania’s airline career expanded even more, to fly VIP charters, the White House press corps, convicts, film crews, refugees, military personnel, religious pilgrims, and medical transplant teams…..”everything” Tania admits, “Except rendition flights for the CIA!”
In 1991, the USAF awarded Tania the Civilian Desert Shield and Desert Storm medal for Outstanding Achievement. During the First Gulf War, Tania flew troops close to the war zone under possible SCUD missile attack.
In the 1990’s Tania lobbied on Capitol Hill as a volunteer for international human rights for “Those who do not have a voice.”
In 2000, Tania joined the Screen Actors Guild and worked as an extra in films directed by Steven Spielberg, the Coen Brothers and Oliver Stone. She was also a “regular” on the popular TV series “The West Wing,” “Dharma & Greg,” and “The Practice” among others.
In 2021, Tania worked flights transporting Ukrainian civilians to western Europe to learn how to defend their villages. Later that year, Atlas Air presented Tania with a Certificate of Appreciation for serving in Operation Allies Refuge, airlifting Afghani translators to America.
In 2024, Tania’s first memoir, “On Butterflies’ Wings,” was published. It chronicled the anecdotes and diverse, cosmopolitan adventures she has experienced while living in seven countries out of the seventy-nine she has visited. Her love for writing was sparked while attending an exclusive, co-ed school in England. She recounted intriguing interactions with her extraordinary universal classmates, many of whom were princes or offspring of Hollywood celebrities. Currently, Tania is still in touch with lifelong friends from Millfield. Tania has also had the honor of meeting five American presidents, King Birendra of Nepal, President Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa at her home in Calcutta.
“Synchronicity – The Escapades Continue” will be the second memoir of the series.
Tania is thrilled to become the host of “The Global Gratitude Show.”
Her experiences will now come to life for an international audience. She will have the
idyllic opportunity to honor some of the luminaries she has met along Life’s journey.
