Washington, D.C. — The International Order of Fantastic Professionals (IOFP) proudly announces the induction of Claudine McDaniel into its esteemed global network, recognizing her outstanding commitment to empowering underserved women and transforming lives. In honor of her remarkable efforts, McDaniel has also been named the recipient of the 2025 Global Impact for Women Empowerment Award.
Claudine’s journey began in Togo, Africa, and took root in the United States in 2005 with just $13 and a heart full of determination. From those humble beginnings, she built a life of purpose, rooted in faith, resilience, and a deep desire to uplift others. A former leader at Empirical CPA and a published author, Claudine released her debut book in 2017, More Than Conquerors: From Struggles to Forgiveness, From Forgiveness to Blessings, chronicling her powerful story of betrayal, healing, and triumph.
In 2020, Claudine founded Beyond Conquerors, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides educational, employment, and empowerment programs for underserved women across the U.S. and globally. Through initiatives such as weekly food distribution and the Life Wow Program, her organization has helped hundreds of women rebuild their confidence, develop new skills, and pursue a renewed sense of purpose.
Her service has not gone unnoticed. In 2024, she received the Volunteer Service Award from the New Endeavors by Women Shelter and was awarded a grant from Montgomery County to support and train 45 women for meaningful employment opportunities—further cementing her impact on the community.
