MakeItSnappy.com Launches as Canada’s First Cargo-Hailing Platform; Founder Honored by IOFP for Innovation
Award-winning supply-chain innovator debuts on-demand cargo-hailing service promising faster, lower-cost delivery for Canadians.
EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA October 7, 2025 – The International Order of Fantastic Professionals (IOFP) is delighted to announce the induction of Matt Wilkinson, Founder & CEO of MakeItSnappy.com and S2P Inc., into its esteemed community of visionary leaders and innovators. Wilkinson is the recipient of the 2025 Distinguished Vanguard of Supply-Chain Innovation Award for creating Canada’s first “cargo-hailing” platform – ‘You load. We drive. You unload.’
Wilkinson, a visionary supply-chain leader and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience driving transformation across public and private sectors, coined the term “Cargo-Hailing” in February 2025 to describe an on-demand delivery model designed to revolutionize last-mile logistics much as ride-hailing transformed personal transportation.
“I am thrilled to introduce Cargo-Hailing to the Canadian market with the launch of MakeItSnappy.com,” Wilkinson stated, punctuating the announcement with a sharp snap of his right hand to emphasize the platform’s focus on speed and efficiency.
Launched in September, MakeItSnappy.com enables users to instantly book a nearby driver and vehicle to move anything from urgent small items and time-sensitive supplies to bulky furniture and equipment—often completing delivery in under an hour at roughly half the time and cost of traditional methods.
Wilkinson’s mission is to help customers make better-informed delivery choices while saving time, money, and waste.

In 2018, he coined “Consumer Sector Procurement,” a discipline aimed at empowering consumers to make better-informed buying decisions.
He has since led ventures including S2P Inc. and eAgree.ca, is a founding member of Supply Chain Canada’s Public Sector Leadership Council, and mentors future business leaders at the Asper School of Business, where he formerly served as Head Coach of the JDC West Entrepreneurship Team.
