Edmonton, Alberta, Canada — Iggy has a stellar history of fostering growth in every company he has operated. He joined Tundra Process Solutions in 2008 at the age of 29 and, after serving as Chief Operating Officer, was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2016. Since then, he has been instrumental in leading the team that has built Tundra into a Canadian leader in the industrial parts and engineered repair services businesses, growing from an $8 million a year operation to a $40 million one. Following Wajax’s acquisition of Tundra in 2021, Mr. Domagalski became a member of the Wajax Senior Leadership Team and became their president and CEO in early 2022
The International Order of Fantastic Businesses (IOFB) is proud to announce the induction of Wajax, one of Canada’s most enduring and respected industrial products and services providers, along with its President and CEO, Iggy Domagalski, as honorary members into its prestigious global network of elite business leaders.
“I’m incredibly honored to receive the Titan of Industry & Integrity Award and to be welcomed into the International Order of Fantastic Businesses,” said Domagalski. “At Wajax, we strive to empower our teams and deliver long-term value for our customers and stakeholders. It’s significant to have that mission recognized by such an accomplished and values-driven organization.”
In 2018, Iggy was recognized by BNN Bloomberg as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. He also demonstrated a long-standing commitment to community service, serving from 2015 to 2024 as both a Board Member and Fundraising Chair for the Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta.
Iggy Domagalski has championed philanthropy as a core value within every organization he’s led, a reflection of a lifelong commitment to community service that began the day after he earned his driver’s license, when he started delivering Meals on Wheels to seniors in Winnipeg. Soon after assuming the role of CEO at Wajax, he visited 75 of the company’s then-117 branches to engage staff directly about the charitable causes that mattered most to them. Under his leadership, one percent of profits from both Tundra (and now Wajax) are allocated to philanthropic initiatives, supporting organizations such as Food Banks Canada and the Canadian Cancer Society.
In recognition of their steadfast commitment to excellence and principled leadership, the IOFB is also presenting Wajax and Mr. Domagalski with the esteemed Titan of Industry & Integrity Award. The award is reserved for industry leaders whose impact extends beyond commercial success to encompass ethical leadership and sustained contributions to their sector and the communities they serve.
As part of their honorary membership, Wajax and Mr. Domagalski will join other accomplished executives and enterprises in contributing to the IOFB’s mission of amplifying excellence, fostering collaboration, and shaping a better future for business and society.
“Iggy Domagalski exemplifies what it means to be both a titan and a steward in business,” said Dr. Allen Lycka, president and CEO of the IOFB. “His leadership of Wajax reflects the very qualities the IOFB was founded to celebrate: integrity, vision, and a deep commitment to elevating others.”
